01 — Ordering & checkout
Account requirements, checkout process, order amendments, and confirmation.
O1Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No account is required to place an order on Baltic Peptides. Guest checkout is available. Creating an account allows you to view order history, track previous shipments, and manage your details for future purchases.
O2What information do I need to provide when ordering?
You will need to provide a valid delivery address, email address for confirmation, and payment details. For EU deliveries, no additional documentation is typically required. For international orders, contact us before purchasing to confirm any local import requirements.
O3How do I know my order has been received?
An automated order confirmation email is sent immediately after a successful purchase. This email includes your order number and a summary of what was ordered. If you do not receive a confirmation within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support@balticpeptides.com.
O4Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Order amendments or cancellations can be requested before the order is dispatched. Contact support@balticpeptides.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been picked, packed, and handed to the carrier, changes are no longer possible on our end.
O5Can I order multiple compounds in one transaction?
Yes. Multiple compounds from across our catalogue can be added to a single order and checked out together. All items in a single order are dispatched together in one parcel from our Lithuania fulfilment centre, subject to stock availability.
O6Are there minimum order requirements?
There is no minimum order requirement. Single vials can be purchased. Note that free tracked EU shipping applies on orders over €150 — below this threshold, standard shipping costs apply. Orders of any value include cold-chain packaging and full tracking.
O7What if an item I want is out of stock?
You can register for restock alerts on the product page of any out-of-stock compound. You will be notified by email when the product is back in stock and available to order. Alternatively, contact support to enquire about expected restock timelines for a specific compound.
02 — Shipping & delivery
Zones, costs, tracking, packaging, and transit times.
S1Where do you ship from and which countries do you deliver to?
All orders ship from our Lithuania fulfilment centre. We deliver to all EU member states as standard. International shipping outside the EU is available — contact us at support@balticpeptides.com before placing an international order to confirm availability and rates for your country.
S2How do I qualify for free shipping?
Free tracked EU shipping is applied automatically at checkout on all orders with a subtotal over €150. No discount code is required. The threshold applies to the order subtotal before any promotions. Below €150, standard tracked shipping rates apply.
S3Will my order be tracked?
Yes. Every order — regardless of value or destination — is dispatched with full carrier tracking. Your tracking number is sent to your order email address when the parcel is scanned at the carrier. You can monitor the status of your delivery in real time from Lithuania to your door.
S4Is cold-chain packaging included on every order?
Yes. Thermal protection is standard on every single order — it is not a paid upgrade. All parcels leave our fulfilment centre with appropriate cold-chain insulation to maintain compound integrity throughout transit, regardless of ambient temperatures or season.
S5Will the packaging show what is inside?
No. All orders are dispatched in plain, discreet outer packaging. There is no company name, product name, or identifying information on the exterior of the parcel. Only your delivery address and our return address are visible on the outside.
S6What should I do if my order is delayed or hasn’t arrived?
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact support@balticpeptides.com with your order number and tracking reference. We will raise an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Support queries are handled within one business day.
S7Are there customs duties on EU orders?
Orders shipped within the EU from Lithuania are intra-EU trade and do not attract import duties or additional VAT complications for the vast majority of EU member states. For international orders outside the EU, local import duties and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Contact us before ordering internationally for guidance on your specific country.
03 — COAs & quality standards
Certificate of Analysis documentation, testing methodology, and batch traceability.
C1What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
A Certificate of Analysis is a document issued by an independent laboratory confirming the purity and identity of a compound following analytical testing. At Baltic Peptides, every production batch is tested by an accredited external laboratory using HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography). The resulting COA is published on our website — accessible to anyone, before purchase.
C2Where can I view COAs for your compounds?
All COA documents are published on our dedicated COA page. Documents are organised by compound and batch. You do not need to create an account or purchase anything to view them — transparency is the point.
C3Are your COAs produced in-house or by external labs?
All analytical testing is performed by accredited external laboratories — not in-house. We do not conduct our own purity testing. This removes any conflict of interest: the lab performing the analysis has no commercial incentive to report anything other than the actual result.
C4Is the COA specific to my batch or a general document?
Every COA is batch-specific. Each production run is assigned its own certificate. Your order is traceable to a specific batch — not a rolling average, a historical document from a previous production run, or a generic product-level certificate. The batch reference on your packing slip corresponds directly to a published COA.
C5What purity level do you guarantee?
All compounds listed on Baltic Peptides meet a minimum purity threshold of ≥99% as verified by third-party HPLC analysis. No batch is made available for sale until an independent COA confirming this standard has been issued. The COA document for each batch is published publicly before and during the period that batch is on sale.
C6What testing method do you use?
We use HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) as our primary analytical method, performed by independent accredited laboratories. HPLC is the standard analytical technique for determining the purity of peptide compounds. Some batches may also include mass spectrometry data confirming molecular identity alongside the purity result.
04 — Products & compounds
Catalogue, formats, storage, research categories, and compound-specific questions.
P1What format are compounds supplied in?
All compounds are supplied as lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials. This format provides maximum stability during storage and transit. No reconstitution is performed prior to dispatch. Compounds are research-grade, supplied for laboratory use only.
P2How should compounds be stored?
Lyophilised peptide powder should be stored in a cool, dry environment away from direct light. For long-term storage, refrigeration (2–8°C) is recommended. Once reconstituted, compounds should be stored at −20°C or below and used within manufacturer-recommended timeframes. Refer to the individual product page and COA for compound-specific storage guidance.
P3What research categories do you cover?
Our catalogue covers seven research areas:
- Longevity & anti-aging (Epithalon, GHK-CU, NAD+, MOTS-C)
- Cognitive & mood (Semax, Selank, Noopept, Bromantane)
- Recovery & repair (BPC-157, GLOW Stack)
- Metabolic & weight (Retatrutide)
- Sleep & relaxation (DSIP)
- Performance (CJC-1295 No DAC + Ipamorelin)
- Pigmentation & aesthetic (Melanotan 2)
P4How many compounds do you currently stock?
We currently stock 14 compounds across our research categories. The catalogue is reviewed and expanded periodically. To be notified when new compounds launch or existing compounds restock, register for alerts on the product page or through the restock notification form on the homepage.
P5Are your compounds intended for human use?
No. All compounds sold by Baltic Peptides are supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes only and are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, or clinical application. They are not medicines, supplements, or food products. Purchasing implies acceptance that compounds are for research use only.
P6Can I get guidance on which compound suits my research area?
Our catalogue is organised by research category to help researchers identify relevant compounds. For technical questions about specific compounds, you can contact support@balticpeptides.com — queries are handled by staff familiar with the compounds. We do not provide dosing, administration, or clinical advice.
05 — Payments & billing
Accepted methods, security, invoices, and refund queries.
B1What payment methods do you accept?
Multiple payment methods are accepted at checkout. The available options are shown during the checkout process. The checkout is encrypted and no financial data is stored by Baltic Peptides after the transaction is complete.
B2Is the checkout secure?
Yes. The checkout process is fully encrypted. Payment data is handled by our payment processor and is not stored on Baltic Peptides’ systems post-transaction. Look for the padlock icon and HTTPS in your browser address bar during checkout as confirmation of a secure connection.
B3Can I get an invoice for my order?
Yes. An order receipt is generated automatically and sent to your email address at the time of purchase. If you require a formal VAT invoice or a specific invoice format for institutional or research purposes, contact support@balticpeptides.com with your order number and requirements.
B4What is your refund and returns policy?
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing order, contact support@balticpeptides.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Due to the nature of research compounds, returns of opened or used products cannot be accepted. Disputes are handled on a case-by-case basis with a target response within one business day.
B5My payment was declined — what should I do?
Payment declines are handled by your card issuer or payment provider, not by Baltic Peptides. Common reasons include billing address mismatch, card limits, or fraud prevention flags on international transactions. Try an alternative payment method at checkout or contact your bank. If the issue persists, contact support@balticpeptides.com for assistance.
06 — Research support
Technical questions, reconstitution, affiliates, and staying informed.
