What each tracking status means.

Carrier scan events follow a standard sequence from fulfilment to delivery. Here is what each status indicates.

Status 01

Order confirmed

Payment has been verified and the order has entered the fulfilment queue at our Lithuania centre. No tracking number yet.

Status 02

Dispatched

Your parcel has left our fulfilment centre and been scanned by the carrier. A tracking number has been issued and emailed to you.

Status 03

In transit

Your parcel is moving through the carrier network. Scan events update as it passes through sorting hubs and crosses borders.

Status 04

Delivered

The carrier has recorded a successful delivery scan at your address. If you have not received the parcel, contact support immediately.

Once payment clears, your order is queued for picking and packing at our Lithuania fulfilment centre. An automated order confirmation email is sent to your address immediately.

Q1Where do I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number is sent to your order email address when your parcel is scanned at the carrier — usually on the same business day as dispatch. Check your inbox and spam folder for a dispatch confirmation email from Baltic Peptides. If you can’t locate it, contact support@balticpeptides.com with your order number.
Q2My tracking number isn’t showing any updates. What should I do?
Tracking numbers can take 24–48 hours to activate on the carrier’s system after your parcel is dispatched. If there are still no scan events after 48 hours, contact support@balticpeptides.com with your order number and tracking reference. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Q3My order shows as delivered but I haven’t received it.
First check with other members of your household, any safe drop location at your address, and with a neighbour in case it was left with them. If the parcel genuinely has not arrived, contact support@balticpeptides.com immediately — include your order number, tracking reference, and delivery address. We will raise an investigation with the carrier.
Q4Which carrier do you use for EU deliveries?
We use established EU carriers operating from Lithuania, including LP Express (Lithuanian Post), DPD, and DHL depending on your destination country and order. The carrier used for your specific order will be identified on your tracking link. If you need clarification, contact support with your order number.
Q5Can I change my delivery address after the order has been dispatched?
Once a parcel has been dispatched and scanning has begun, address changes must be made directly with the carrier using your tracking number. Contact the carrier’s customer service line or app for your country. If you need assistance identifying the carrier or contact details, email support@balticpeptides.com.
Q6How long does EU delivery take from Lithuania?
Delivery times vary by destination country and carrier. Most EU deliveries complete within 3–7 business days from dispatch. Baltic and nearby EU states tend to be faster. Carrier delays during peak periods or public holidays may extend this. Your tracking link will provide the most accurate estimated delivery date once the parcel is in transit.
Q7Will the tracking page show what is inside the parcel?
No. Carrier tracking pages show only logistics information: scan events, location updates, and delivery status. No product names, compound descriptions, or company identifiers are visible on the tracking page. The outer packaging is also plain and discreet — no Baltic Peptides branding or product information is visible externally.
