Thermal insulation on every order
All parcels include thermal protection as a standard requirement, not an optional extra. Cold-chain integrity is maintained from our Lithuania centre to your delivery address regardless of ambient temperature conditions during transit.

Compounds are supplied in sealed vials in lyophilised powder form. This format provides maximum stability during transit and storage. No reconstitution is performed prior to dispatch.
Plain outer packaging — no branding
The exterior of every parcel is plain and unbranded. No company name, product name, or other identifying information appears on the outside of the shipment. Only your delivery address and return details.
Batch-traceable packing slip
Inside every order is documentation linking your delivery to the specific production batch — the same batch referenced in the COA. Full traceability from laboratory result to your door.
