Shipping

Regional exceptions for flat-rate shipments

Due to the unreliable quality of local postal services, Baltic Peptides cannot be held responsible for delivery errors, delays, or losses associated with flat-rate shipments to Romania, Russia, and Belarus.

These exceptions apply only to flat-rate shipping. Express shipments are not affected and remain covered under our standard refund and reshipment policy.

This list may be updated periodically, so customers are encouraged to stay informed about regional shipping restrictions before placing an order.

Insurance

Package insurance

Every order placed with Baltic Peptides is automatically covered by transit insurance at no additional cost. This protection covers your shipment against loss, damage, or non-delivery while in transit.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days for standard shipping, or 14 days for express shipping, you may request a free reshipment or refund after verification.

If tracking clearly indicates that your order is not moving or has been returned to sender, you may also apply for an earlier reshipment, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Important: Claims for lost or undelivered packages do not apply if the courier has marked the shipment as “Delivered.” If you suspect the package was delivered to the wrong address, contact the carrier directly to open an official delivery investigation.

Baltic Peptides cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing, courier service errors, or force majeure events.

Returns

Returns and exchanges

Due to the biochemical nature of our products, all sales are final and non-returnable. This policy ensures that every product we ship remains sterile, uncontaminated, and safe for research use.

Returns are only accepted if a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

  • Contact support@balticpeptides.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number and photo documentation of the issue.
  • After review and verification, we will issue either a replacement shipment or a refund, depending on the case.
Please note: We cannot modify or cancel orders once they have shipped. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for customs seizures, import refusals, or incorrect address details provided by the customer. Orders marked as delivered by DHL, UPS, or other carriers are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for reshipment or refund.
